Selling the house

In mid-October 2019 I was told that my position was being eliminated. And despite my self proclaimed status as a wise old man, I judged that finding a new job which would meet my needs was unlikely. So I made the decision to prepare the house for sale and then immediately called Severina Roumenova of Severina Residential. I am certainly glad I did since I have found that when tackling a project on an infrequent basis it’s best to consult experts as much as possible. I admit to my ignorance about the hot colors and needed features that a modern home buyer expects to find. She knew all of this and much more but of special importance was her keen eye towards cost-benefit evaluation.
